Wedding packages (PDF)   Wedding Questions & Answers Q: Do you only have Asian food? A: No. We have a good menu selection of French inspired dishes like crispy skin chicken with Cointreau sauce, or fillet steak with flourless red wine reduction sauce with potato gratin and many others.   Q: Is the garden under cover? A: Yes   Q: How many people can it take? A: Our maximum is 150 sit down in the garden area or 250+ for a cocktail style wedding. This will leave area for a dance floor as well as pre-dinner socialising.   Q: Is there parking? A: There is ample parking on the streets.   Q: How long have you been doing weddings? A: About 9 years.   Q: Do you have an area for small ceremonies? (Tea Ceremony) A: Yes. Please come and view the area and see if it suits you.   Q: Can I bring my own wine or beer? A: No.   Q: Can I use the cake for my dessert, skip the dessert and get a discount? A: No. We still have to store it, cut it into 100 pieces, provide spoons or forks or both, provide napkins, collect them and worst of all, do the washing up.   Q: Can I have a consumption package? A: No. (Please consider any consumption package well. Ask "who will count the drinks at the end of the night?" "will the empties be stored in an area where I can count them or will they be in the bin" and "do people save money with consumption packages?")   Q: How can I save money then? A: Try having it for 4 hours instead of 6. It's still a long time. Or on a Sunday. We can be very flexible on Sundays or Thursdays. And you could try a cocktail style which is already better for a number of reasons (ie same amount of food, more mixing of guests, still enough seating for all guests, etc).   Q: What makes a wedding at Tsunami special? A: Perhaps it's the atmosphere, or the girls dressed in kimonos or the beautiful oriental garden with its thousands of fairy lights.

Q: How can I see what it's like?   A: We can send you a DVD which shows you what a wedding at Tsunami looks like. Go to the bookings page and email us with your mailing address and we'll send you one. Or you can ring us on 92847788 after 4pm and arrange a time for a viewing (usually at night after dinner - you can come in for a drink).
