Perth’s sake festival returns to Tsunami for another two-day celebration of Japanese drinks, food and hospitality.
Join us for Sake no Jin, Tsunami’s annual summer sake festival, where guests can explore a wide range of Japanese beverages in a relaxed, festival-style setting. Each session includes unlimited tastings of selected sake, shochu, kajitsushu, yuzushu and Japanese whisky, all served in accordance with responsible service guidelines.
Many of the featured bottles will also be available to purchase at special festival prices, so you can take home your favourites and continue the experience after the event.
Whether you are a long-time sake lover or just starting to discover Japanese drinks, this is a rare opportunity to taste a broad and exciting selection in one sitting.
Places are strictly limited, and we recommend booking early — especially for the Saturday afternoon session, which is usually the first to sell out.

Early bird pricing is available only until our early booking target is reached, so we recommend securing your tickets as soon as possible.
To complete the festival atmosphere, a special Japanese matsuri food menu will be available throughout the event, featuring favourites such as robata wagyu, sushi, gyoza and other festival-style dishes. Please note: FOOD IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR TICKET. You can purchase a bite to eat if you are hungry. We advise people to come for lunch and then do your sake tasting after, on a full stomach.
